There is no available patch from 3.2-rc4 to 3.2 final.

My Horde is currently at 3.1.4.  I can upgrade (via patches) to 3.1.8  
or 3.2-rc4, but not to 3.2 Final or beyond.

This effectively means there is no way to upgrade Horde 3.1.x to 3.2.x  
without performing a fresh install.
