No, I do not see the shared calendars listed in the Calendars panel. I  
do see the personal calendar and the Holiday calendar. Also, I can  
create new shared calendars which seem to work correctly.

I tried the upgrade twice...restored to 1.0.6 along with the mysql  
database and verified that I could see the calendars. Then did the  
upgrade to 1.1.2 again, but still cannot see any shared calendars.
