The data fields for commonExtended, workExtended and homeExtended  
(defined in turba/config/attributes.php) are named commonExtend,  
workExtend and homeExtend in routines "tovCard" and "toHash" in  
turba/lib/Driver.php.
Bug leads to missing import and export in vCards and unsuccessful sync  
via SyncML for those address fields.
