Add a resolved tickets feed to planet.horde.org. The easy way to do  
this is to use the search feeds from Whups, but that would result in  
one entry per resolved ticket. What we really want to do is to combine  
all closed tickets for a given week into a single entry, probably with  
a summary and link to each ticket.
