I'm using horde/dimp on debian etch, apache 2.2.3+php 5.2+mod_fcgid.
"AcceptPathInfo On" is set in the apache config.

Dimp fails to load completly, only displays "loading...".
This is due an empty PATH_INFO variable. The attached patch works  
around this issue.
