I just noticed that saving drafts when a session times out only works  
if use_vfs is enabled. But this is turned off by default and the  
configuration description only mentions attachments.
I think we should have kept the old timeout code for the case that vfs  
is not available, but we should at least document that vfs is required  
for that feature now.
