Thanks for the fix. I commited only the "FREE" fix. Changing support  
for "CANCELLED" is not possible as "show-time-as" does not know state  
"cancelled" (see the Kolab format at  
http://kolab.org/doc/kolabformat-2.0rc7-html/c300.html).
