This is a request to re-open #7100 as it still fails with the latest  
RC, with the same issues as per the previous defect.

A number of files were patched last time, if possible a list of which  
files gets patched on the defect would be appreciated as it makes  
patch testing easier (assuming the number of files is low).

This was tested with Horde 3.3RC1 and Turba 2.3RC1.
