I had exactly the same problem after upgrading from Horde Webmail  
1.1.3 to 1.2. If you're using a Courier IMAP server, try switching to  
Dovecot IMAP. For me this solved the problem and I'm now able to see  
both invitations and responses from Kronolith (both old 1.1.3 and new  
1.2 ones).

This problem first surfaced after upgrading to Horde Webmail 1.2rc1 by  
the way.
