Currently, both the up and down arrows start you at the top of the  
mailbox view if no message is already selected. I think that the down  
arrow should start at the top as it currently does, but the up arrow  
should start at the bottom of the mailbox. That way pressing each key  
repeatedly has consistent and expected results.
