Add tabs - allowing multiple portals - to the horde portal. The  
specialized portals in Ansel, Whups, etc. should show up here too, and  
be manageable from here; in those apps, those pages could be the  
default if they exist, but shouldn't be forced. Or just get rid of the  
special portals in those apps and create a tab for them in the main app.
