Currently in Ingo, if a message matches one of the rules, you can get  
a message stating the filter activity was executed on your message.   
My enhancement is to add what filter rule number was ran on the message.

In ingo, all of the filter rules that are created have a number by  
them.  Even if you do move the rules, it still has a number associated  
with it.
