Newly installed whups on Horde 3.2 gave blank screen on listing of  
tickets or adding a new ticket.  Error message in Apache error log:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in  
/usr/share/horde3/whups/lib/Driver/sql.php on line 2916.

Fix:
insert new line at line 2916: require_once 'DB.php';
