Newly installed mnemoon Horde 3.2 gave blank screen on listing of  
notes or adding a new note.  Error message in Apache error log:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in  
/usr/share/horde3/mnemo/lib/Driver/sql.php on line 98.

Fix:
insert new line at line 98: require_once 'DB.php';
