- try to recognize .inc as PHP

check out http://lxr.linux.no/ and http://cscope.sourceforge.net/

some includes not recognized by parser
static functions not recognized by parser
chained function calls not recognized by parser (see dbblue)

doesn't know about some builtins like trigger_error

integrate luxor, phpdoc, and chora
