This was not correct. I can click the back button and get to an empty  
page with the horde top icon bar. Sometimes clicking Dynamic Mail  
would bring me to dimp, but other times I got the redirect loop.

I also turned on debug logging in horde. It doesn't seem too  
informative, but I have attached it. It looks like imp and dimp keep  
redirecting to each other.
