I just did an install-package from the  framework in the "horde" GIT  
repository (which is up to date). It said "Installing Browser:
install ok: channel://pear.horde.org/Browser-0.1.0" so I guess that worked.
My version of turba is the latest CVS Code (H3 (3.0-cvs)) updated today.
