Sure.  But someone has to write the code.

Yes, but there are engineering/design limitations in DIMP 1.x that  
prevent certain items from working in DIMP even though they are  
working in IMP.

I have never seen an ICS attachment ever, so I can not comment on what  
the behavior should be.
