IMP encodes address header incorrectly in some cases. E. g. the address:
Ing. Tomás Hxxxxxx <Thomas.Hxxxxxx at xx-xxxxxxx.de>
is encoded as
"Ing. =?iso-8859-15?b?VG9t4XM=?= Hxxxxxx"
	<Thomas.Hxxxxxx at xx-xxxxxxx.de>

According to RFC 2047:
+ An 'encoded-word' MUST NOT appear within a 'quoted-string'.

This confuses e-mail clients which strictly adhere to this definition,
e.g. Opera 9.64 and should be fixed in IMP.
