I take a look inside the code and find out horde send the following  
command to the IMAP server (Courier-IMAP):
UID EXPUNGE 1:*

it's look like ok for me i feel the problem is somewhere there:
We must mark all messages as deleted flag if we want use this command.

I have no better idea now why it's not working :(
