Well! Very interesting...

Attached file nostyle.txt is the frame source from a "bad" load.

I will attach the "good" load text next (I can't attach multiple files  
in a comment?)

The Bad load is missing a lot of data.

I *do* have compress pages on, will try without it for a while too.
