For clients email that do not support iTip, email invitations to
attendees of an event include links to accept, tentatively accept, and
decline an invite. Upon user testing, my users who relied on the
Kronolith web calendar but used their own email clients expected the
accept link to add the event to their calendar.

The solution, as I see it, is to ask (or present a prompt) to the user
upon clicking the Accept link if they'd like it to be added to their
Horde calendar. If the user is not logged in, they should be directed
to the login page, or given a quick login dialogue on the accept page.
(a redirect should not happen automatically, as I think it's a safe
assumption there is a use case out there for sending an invite to a
user who does not have a login to the Horde installation)
