- The "_CTCap" seams to be renamed to "CTCaps" as far as i can see??

- Most clients seam to send their whole set of attributes anyway so  
clearing works with only the turba driver patch.

- Despite the server (Horde) does not set empty attributes on send  
some clients do a replace instead of modify so the delete works from  
server -> client in some cases.
