SyncML_Backend::retrieveEntry() should take a new optional parameter  
with the list of attributes to expect. This method is called in  
SyncML_Sync::createSyncOutput() where you have access to that  
information from the DevInf.
The pass this list further along, e.g. to _kronolith_export() in  
lib/api.php, Kronolith_Event::toICalendar() and so on.
