i had installed 1.2.4 and then i did the upgrade to 1.2.5. upgrade  
finished without an error or something like that, but than i wasn't  
able to login to horde. then i compared the newly created conf.php  
from horde with the old on from 1.2.4 and there i noticed that  
memcached settings were disabled, but still the session handler was  
set to use memcached and so there was no login possible. after adding  
the lines from my old conf.php everything was fine. so there seems to  
be an issue with these setting during update. i noticed also a  
difference after update in the ssl settings.
