I cannot subscribe to the calendar at all, but can only access it via  
the web interface.  I've tried using Lightning in Thunderbird and  
Evolution - both result in erros and cannot display the calendar.  The  
link for the subscription provided by Kronolith, when pasted into a  
new browser tab, results in an HTTP 400 error.
