That error would be caused when the driver for the address book you  
are creating the new contact list in could not be loaded.  Are you  
creating the new list in the same address book as the contacts, or a  
different address book?

Also, 2.2.1 is an older release. Please update to a newer version, as  
this issue may have already been fixed. I cannot reproduce this in the  
current stable line.
