The error log did not roll.  I had set my apache loglevel to debug.

Because it is the only way I can get things working.  I'd rather use  
the appropriate way though.


Upon retesting though after getting the other method working, this  
method now works as well!  I believe the difference was I had to  
install something via pear.  This wasn't in the docs I was reading for  
the proper method but was for the old method.

Command I ran that I hadn't before: pear install HTTP_WebDAV_Server-beta

Maybe this is simply a doc issue - I don't seem to be able to edit  
that page on the wiki.
