I CAN send mail to hotmail from WHUPS but CANNOT from IMP.

Both are using freebsd's sendmail program.  As an experiment, I had  
whups & imp email me @ gmail (using thunderbird imap to view results).  
  I've included what differences I saw in the mail header.
