With the attached iTip message, neither of the multipart/alternative  
parts is rendered inline. Also, the attachment menu has only one menu  
entry: Show Attachments Only (what's the purpose of that function  
anyway, I can't imagine any use case for that?)
If I click on Show Attachments Only, the iTip attachment is displayed,  
and now the attachments menu is complete too.
