#!/usr/local/bin/php while all other shebang lines for active scripts  
in kronolith and horde say
#!/usr/bin/php

It would facilitate packaging a little if you would change this to  
horde standard.

I'm currently packaging the end-of-september versions of most horde  
apps for SLES11 and OpenSUSE 11.x
