The lookup from the horde addressbook has been fixed.

We don't do an exact search for email addresses from the PGP server -  
mainly because it is not possible.  See:  
http://pgp.mit.edu/extracthelp.html

However, we should do a better job of verifying that the returned  
keyIDs contain the email address requested - although this requires us  
to download each returned key and verify.
