While page compressing is enabled, Imp _shouldn't_ compress downloaded  
.gz files. But it does it. Sincerely speaking, I don't know why it  
doesn't compress the other filetypes, I didn't trace this. But my user  
complained about 'damaged' *.tar.gz files, so I'm returning to this  
ticket...
