I followed the install documentation: http://www.horde.org/source/git.php
At first it did not succeed on debian lenny probably due to php 5.2.  
Moving to ubuntu and php 5.3 permits me to begin playing with new  
version.
I tried lot of things, install and setup locales, but I'm still facing  
the problem that I cant select the timezone initial application themes  
and son on, as if there was somewhere a path problem. Logging is DEBUG  
and nothing is displayed as an error.

For the moment I use no optimizations, cache and son on.
