Both Log and MDB2 is being replaced with Horde_Db and Horde_Log as  
applications are prepared for Horde 4 release. The VFS system isn't  
yet refactored for Horde 4, so it still uses PEAR's Log. Instead of  
requiring it, we need to remove it, refactor for Horde_Log.

Changing the name of the ticket to reflect this.
