Clicking that link produces

A fatal error has occurred
File Not Found: /horde/cvs/co.php/horde/docs/Attic/CODING_STANDARDS,v
Details have been logged for the administrator.

I am not sure if this error is specific to the horde.org installation  
or the current chora version.
