sorry but how arrogant is this?
if i would find the option i hat not made a bugreport and instead
two useless replyies you could make a full hint in your first and close
the bugreport

on the other hand THIS IS a bug because in the user-managment horde
realizes that the auth-backend does not support add/change users
so why enable the setting for the enduser?
