default alarm value seems to be hard coded in  
kronolith/templates/edit/edit.inc and  
kronolith/templates/index/edit.inc (If I'm not mistaken)

attached is a possible patch for kronolith/templates/index/edit.inc
I don't know when kronolith/templates/edit/edit.inc is used, so I  
couldn't test it (create a patch).


I haven't checked, but it looks like the same behaviour is happening  
when editing task kronolith/templates/index/task.inc
