Nothing too strange in here.  The only thing that looks a little fishy  
is that the cache ID is reporting 154 messages in the mailbox:

"cacheid":"V991562227|U46525|M154|9|1"

But later, the total rows is indicated as 155:

"totalrows":155

Maybe a message was delivered between beginning and ending of  
processing?  But even then, this theoretically shouldn't break things  
- there was just need to be another update on the next server access.
