Do you have HTML viewing off?  If so, there aren't any attachments in  
this message.

This is a multipart/alternative message that looks like the following:

multipart/alternative
   text/plain
   multipart/mixed
     text/html
     application/msword
     text/html
     application/msword
     text/html

Unless at least 1 of the parts in a multipart/alternative part is  
viewable, we can't display that part.  Thus, if text/html is off, we  
can only display text/plain.  There are no attachments in this  
message.  Absent bringing back the confusing alternative parts status  
box, not sure what we can do here.

Related to Ticket #9365 and #7981.  As previously mentioned, and of  
which I am constantly reminded, Apple Mail continues to make TERRIBLE  
assumptions about how multipart/alternative works.
