I have just upgraded from Horde 3.3 to 4.0. I did a fresh install,  
reconfigured everything and let Horde upgrade the DB schemas.

Since the upgrade, the IMAP folder summary doesn't work anymore. I've  
tried to completely remove it and add it again. I get the following  
errors in the log after logging in:

HORDE [imp] IMAP error: Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed  
to. [pid 2007 on line 212 of  
"/usr/local/lib/php/Horde/Imap/Client/Base.php"]
HORDE [imp] PHP ERROR: Undefined variable: folders [pid 2007 on line  
105 of "/var/www/secure/horde4/imp/lib/Block/Summary.php"]

I'm using IMP as authentication in Horde, and IMP works perfectly -  
showing INBOX and all subfolders.
