I have an empty address book on a fairly new install of Horde4 with  
Turba 3.0.1 and the sqlite backend.
When I try to add my first contact to the address book i get an sql  
error. An anonymized version of the log is attached.
I counted 41 fields the insert wants to write to turba_objects but  
only 40 values to write to them.
As I am not familiar with the horde codebase I could not find a quick fix.
