Yeah I could, but this is not consistent between applications. For  
example I don't have Ansel installed, and it does not appear in the  
logs. At least it should not be logged with ERROR level. INFO should  
be more appropriate.

This also does not explain why it didn't happen in 4.0.0 RC or Final.  
Only in 4.0.1.

This is not what I see here. Log messages appear in the logs all at  
once. Also I have made a test: deleted all sessions, authenticated to  
Horde and went straight to Administration -> Sessions. Again it showed  
all installed, and even some not installed applications authenticated  
to.
