I still don't understand what the issue is.  As far as I can tell,  
this is what you are reporting:

1. Log in to IMP (we will use standard view for this example)
2. Go to folders page.
3. Display all folders (e.g. display unsubscribed folders)
4. Go to a mailbox under Shared Folders (we will call it X) and  
explicitly subscribe to it.
5. Log out.
6. Log in.
7. X is not displayed.

If this is indeed the issue reported, I can not reproduce.
