Changes have been made in Git for this ticket:

Bug: 9733 - Don't disable sessions for ActiveSync requests.
This is not the ideal fix for this, since creating a new session
for each activesync request is a complete waste of resources. However,
this is the only viable solution for this until Horde 4.1.
