I know that this is not the desired approach but the attached patch is  
working pretty well for us.

We are showing all downloadable parts inside a multipart/related that  
are not referenced in another part as attachments.

The code is not perfect but this is only a temporary fix.

PS: Please ignore all bugs and Portugalmail references in this patch :P
