As a theoretical matter, there still remains some mailbox names that  
won't be handled correctly.  But as a practical matter, these  
mailboxes would require a string of nonsensical letters, bounded by  
'&' and '-', so the odds of running into this are exceedingly slim.   
Still, IMP should be fixed to handle everything in UTF-8 and then have  
the Imap Client do all the necessary UTF7-IMAP abstraction.
