Folders which has unicode characters in name cannot be open (IMAP
error: Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.). Looks like
IMP is codeing unicode characters in a wrong way, this is probably
happenning only from 5.0.4 and was ok before. I also tried to create
folder with name 'd?g' and IMP created 'd&-AWU-g' (and it was also
displaying it like this in menu). After i renamed folder on filesystem
to 'd&AWU-g', displaying was ok but folder wasn't working. Also
folders with unicode characters created before cannot be open (IMP is
always trying to open folder with additional '-' after the '&' which
seems to be not ok).
