This file is not from Horde, it's from PEAR's Services_Weather  
package. The line in the error is accessing the forecast object  
returned from weather.com.

You can try making sure your version of Services_Weather is up to  
date, otherwise you will need to either investigate or report a bug to  
the Services_Weather maintainer.
