When Horde authentication is set to "Let a horde application handle  
authentication" and backend to "imp" trying to click "My calendars" to  
right arrow for default calendar options the screen goes dark and an  
error message apears in the right lower corner "horde_imap_client  
requires a username and password".

Same thing happens for clicking on default task list in the same window.

The issue does not occur when Horde authentication is set to"imap  
authentication" or "sql authentication".
